Participate The Way You Want To …

Each Associate Role in the staffing process is assigned a Performance Percentage. The Performance Percentage is equitably proportioned, and Associates will get paid for:

  • Sourcing contacts
  • Interviewing job seekers
  • Matching job seekers with appropriate jobs
  • Sourcing employer jobs
  • Sourcing hiring managers
  • Securing the job requisitions from the hiring managers
  • Facilitating placements
Fees range: 20% to 35% of the annual starting salary. 100% mark-ups for interim placements are common.

Average people with no past recruiting or staffing industry experience, implementing our fundamentals, working just 15-30 hours per week have produced in excess of the six-figures per year.
