The Opportunity ...

The world of employment as we once knew it has changed dramatically. More and more companies are faced with the difficult challenge of finding qualified candidates to meet their hiring needs, and are increasingly engaging the services of specialists within the staffing industry.

As a result, the internet and globalization, temporary help, permanent placement, professional employer organizations, outplacement, contract technical staffing, contingency search, executive recruitment, retained search, and Internet recruitment are now all a part of our daily lives.

The population growth rate has fallen below the replacement rate (ZPG-Zero Population Growth) in 58 out of 170 countries; including the United States, Russia, Spain, France, Cuba, Italy, Ukraine, Japan, Finland, England, Singapore, Denmark, China and Ireland.

With the shrinking labor pool and zero population growth, the growing demand for staffing services points toward a future where small businesses, mid-sized companies, and large corporations worldwide will rely upon increasingly innovative methods of bringing qualified candidates to the marketplace.

Qualified candidates are therefore at a premium which positions the staffing industry for even greater gains in the years to come. The greatest challenge will be in mining the qualified talent from positions they currently hold.
