Hands On Approach …

First, StaffingForce will expand on its existing database of registered, skills-based career profiles, résumés and job listings and preside over this data by utilizing multiple filtering agents to give job seekers and employers the best service and most useful search results. The StaffingForce search engine will identify possible job/candidate matches on an ongoing basis. Associates will then screen these opportunities for employers, offering real options with real expertise to best facilitate high-quality placement activity.

Scalable Web architecture and software complemented with professional expertise will make finding or filling a job with StaffingForce easy and enjoyable. Users will come back—and they will tell their friends.

Second, StaffingForce will provide Associates with useful services to improve their skills and performance. Training, testing, and certification programs will be a key component. Direct feedback from their StaffingForce Associates will add another level of professional service commitment. Associates will be able to take their questions and expertise to the Associate Community to enrich the careers of others, making StaffingForce even more valuable to each participant.
