Associates: How Does It Work?


1. Are invited to participate in the Associate Program and access their own
StaffingForce Platform
2. Receive training on recruiting, career management and staffing
3. Can test and get certified in our methodologies
3. Develop and monetize their membership base of (contacts, job seekers & hiring managers) by:

- Sourcing contacts
- Understanding the skill set and desires of the job seekers
- Matching job seekers with appropriate jobs
- Sourcing employer jobs
- Sourcing the hiring managers
- Securing the job requisitions from the hiring managers
- Facilitating placements

4. Build their associate network by inviting others interested in the associate program

Note: Associates pay a $100 (one-time) activation fee and $68.00 per month to access the
StaffingForce Platform and participate in the Associate Program. Once you have five Associates in your first team, you will be earning $68 per month in Subscription Commissions. Thus, your monthly subscription is FREE.
