The Opportunity ...

The world of employment as we once knew it has changed dramatically. More and more companies are faced with the difficult challenge of finding qualified candidates to meet their hiring needs, and are increasingly engaging the services of specialists within the staffing industry.

As a result, the internet and globalization, temporary help, permanent placement, professional employer organizations, outplacement, contract technical staffing, contingency search, executive recruitment, retained search, and Internet recruitment are now all a part of our daily lives.

The population growth rate has fallen below the replacement rate (ZPG-Zero Population Growth) in 58 out of 170 countries; including the United States, Russia, Spain, France, Cuba, Italy, Ukraine, Japan, Finland, England, Singapore, Denmark, China and Ireland.

With the shrinking labor pool and zero population growth, the growing demand for staffing services points toward a future where small businesses, mid-sized companies, and large corporations worldwide will rely upon increasingly innovative methods of bringing qualified candidates to the marketplace.

Qualified candidates are therefore at a premium which positions the staffing industry for even greater gains in the years to come. The greatest challenge will be in mining the qualified talent from positions they currently hold.

StaffingForce, no entity in the staffing marketplace has found a compelling method to entice passive candidates to make them available to employers. But StaffingForce pay-for-performance recruiting, career management and staffing model will do just that. The StaffingForce talent pool will be the only one comprised of more passive than active candidates. Our referral and placement incentives make participation in the StaffingForce Platform profitable for everyone. We will create a highly qualified and satisfied associate network of professionals helping each other succeed and sharing in the fees they generate.

Herman Trend Alert: Global War for Talent …

Employers worldwide are stressed. They’re challenged to find, engage, and retain the skilled workers they need to manufacture their products and serve their customers. Some companies have had mission-critical jobs open for more than a year. One hospital has been looking for a physician for three years. Consultant Ira Wolfe’s “Perfect Labor Storm” is here.

What’s behind this “storm” is a combination of years of low birthrates in the developed countries with unprecedented global prosperity and shortages of trained workers. Complicating this difficult situation is the competency deficit and a lack of leadership. When the schools are not adequately preparing young people for work or college and employers haven’t been training their next generation of workers, it is a set-up for disaster.

In some countries, notably Mexico and China, the productivity simply isn’t there. According to fellow futurist Edward Gordon, “the productivity of China’s workers is only 14 percent of their United States counterparts.” When Joyce spoke at the first Human Capital Conference in Japan, back in 2000, the VP HR for Intel Asia complained that his productivity was one-third that of their US operations.

And the wages in both India and China are growing exponentially. According to a study by the World Bank, titled “Global Economic Prospects 2007”, real wages in China appreciated a whopping 110 percent between 1989 and 2004.
Advancing technologies address some of these deficits, but they only increase the demand for more highly skilled workers---in short supply. Offshore, though we find the schools in India, Germany, and elsewhere doing better at job-preparation, the training is insufficient to meet the increasing demand. Going forward, retaining and engaging top talent (being an Employer of Choice) will be the global strategic competitive advantage.
"From 'The Herman Trend Alert,' by Joyce Gioia-Herman, Strategic Business Futurist. (800) 227-3566 or

The global war for talent will dramatically increase the demand for staffing services and points toward a future where mid-level companies, corporations, and small businesses the world over will rely upon increasingly innovative methods of bringing qualified applicants to the marketplace.

StaffingForce Platform is on the cutting edge of this revolution in staffing, positioning everyone that joins the Associate Program to receive immediate income while developing long-term recurring income in one of the fastest growing industries in the world!

Happy Fathers Day ...

What Makes A Dad

God took the strength of a mountain,
The majesty of a tree,
The warmth of a summer sun,
The calm of a quiet sea,

The generous soul of nature,
The comforting arm of night,
The wisdom of the ages,

The power of the eagle's flight,
The joy of a morning in spring,
The faith of a mustard seed,

The patience of eternity,
The depth of a family need,
Then God combined these qualities,

When there was nothing more to add,
He knew His masterpiece was complete,

And so, He called it ... Dad

Unplugged …

Over the last couple of months I have shared a lot about the up coming launch of our business, statistics of the industry etc. etc..

Here is a bit more about myself. I have been living in California since 1984 and been working in the staffing industry ever since. I have been married since 1990. Tina and I have two boys Jordan Montgomery (born in 1995) and Justin Alexander (born in 1996).

Tina 2007

Jordan 2007

Justin 2007

They both played soccer. Justin is now playing football, lacrosse and soccer and Jordan will be playing water polo.

Prior to moving to California I lived for two years in the Virginia area (right outside of Washington DC) where I worked for American Greetings. I was hired in Cleveland and transferred to DC in 1982, right after I graduated from good old Cleveland State U.

Collaboration At Core …

StaffingForce exists to facilitate collaborative, brokered job placements among a dynamic constituency comprised of active and passive job seekers, employers, and a community of Associates. When first entering the system, employers and job seekers will fill out a job-listing or résumé summaries and each will get representation from an Associate. The Associate initiates contact to determine how best to help the individual. Associates for the separate parties in a potential job-placement event discuss their clients' needs and then bring the parties together when a viable match has been discovered. Until this point, all contact between potential employers and candidates has been facilitated only by the Associates.

Once interviewing is under way, all feedback and record keeping will be facilitated via Web-based forms and these forms will be filled out by each party at each step in the placement process. These forms are then merged into easily accessible documents. The
StaffingForce Platform and PerformPay Commission Engine™ tracks all processes and calculate all payments, notifying participants of progress, outcomes and distributes commissions monthly on global bases.

Pay For Performance …

The phenomenon of "word of mouth,” the driving force behind social networking, has reached new heights through the Internet. The combination of powerful software enabling StaffingForce to track referral activity on the site and a lucrative industry that allows StaffingForce to pay substantial amounts of money stands to redefine the concept of social networking.

StaffingForce provides the platform that will empower anyone to join the community and participate in the marketplace. Here, people get paid for helping their friends find good work or good employees. Here, people prosper when their friends prosper. A new “social economic system” , a next generation social network — entirely built and owned by the Associates participating in it.

Current Web technology makes it possible to conduct end-to-end staffing transactions online, freeing the hiring process from the problems associated with geography and record keeping. StaffingForce makes that technology available to our distinct participants in effective and compelling ways, arranged intuitively for ease of use. Our participants will be able to do what they came here to do without becoming Internet aficionados or computer hobbyists.

StaffingForce's scalable technology makes for smooth, enjoyable and productive visits to the site. Unique relationships will be created and solidified here as power and money are redistributed in a mutually beneficial environment: the power to make truly informed career and hiring choices and the money generated by the positive activity of all participants.

Hands On Approach …

First, StaffingForce will expand on its existing database of registered, skills-based career profiles, résumés and job listings and preside over this data by utilizing multiple filtering agents to give job seekers and employers the best service and most useful search results. The StaffingForce search engine will identify possible job/candidate matches on an ongoing basis. Associates will then screen these opportunities for employers, offering real options with real expertise to best facilitate high-quality placement activity.

Scalable Web architecture and software complemented with professional expertise will make finding or filling a job with StaffingForce easy and enjoyable. Users will come back—and they will tell their friends.

Second, StaffingForce will provide Associates with useful services to improve their skills and performance. Training, testing, and certification programs will be a key component. Direct feedback from their StaffingForce Associates will add another level of professional service commitment. Associates will be able to take their questions and expertise to the Associate Community to enrich the careers of others, making StaffingForce even more valuable to each participant.

Addressing The Trends …

StaffingForce will be addressing recent trends in the marketplace: the increasingly sophisticated demands of job seekers and employers, career management, social networking and monetizing user generated content.

As more and more laypeople enter the Internet community, the amount of technological inconvenience they are willing to tolerate lessens. Increasingly, users expect direct and useful results from the Web.

They expect quick and knowledgeable responses to requests for assistance, and easy communication with others in their community. The time is ripe to apply these trends to the staffing industry, both in the servicing of clients and in the enabling of the staffing process.

Achieve Higher Levels ...

Over time, your Associate Network can grow significantly. As more Associates become successful in your network, the more successful you will become. There are higher levels you can achieve. We have “levels of achievement” because we feel that our Associates should earn recognition at the various points of achievement. Each achievement level features a set of incentives and rewards.

Wednesday, June 06, 2007

Help Your Associates ...

Your “first team” consists of Associate who you personally referred and joined the Associate Program. As your first team refers other Associates, your Associate Network begins to grow. Train, mentor, inspire, and communicate with your Associate Network. You will earn commissions when they earn commissions.

As you build your network and they continue to build theirs, everyone has the opportunity to profit directly from their personal efforts and the efforts of others. You will quickly see the efforts of many are much more rewarding than the efforts of one.

Sunday, June 03, 2007

Build Your Associate Network ...

Associates are individuals who have assessed the Associate Program, activated their own StaffingForce Platform and have chosen to build their own Associate Network. Whatever your occupation, level of education, industry experience, gender, race, religion, national origin, family background, physical disability, or past successes and failures, the Associate Program will be open to you.

You can operate from anywhere. Enjoy the rewards from your own efforts, as well as the efforts of others. The most successful Associates will create a good balance between marketing the StaffingForce member staffing services and building their Associate Networks. Expanding your network comes from letting others know about StaffingForce. Associates who build their Associate Network will generally generate higher revenues and commissions then those who do not.

As your network grows, you will quickly see how rewarding the efforts of everyone can be - for you as a professional, and for your income security!
