Each Associate Role in the staffing process is assigned a Performance Percentage. The Performance Percentage is equitably proportioned, and Associates will get paid for:

  • Sourcing contacts
  • Interviewing job seekers
  • Matching job seekers with appropriate jobs
  • Sourcing employer jobs
  • Sourcing hiring managers
  • Securing the job requisitions from the hiring managers
  • Facilitating placements
Fees range: 20% to 35% of the annual starting salary. 100% mark-ups for interim placements are common.

Average people with no past recruiting or staffing industry experience, implementing our fundamentals, working just 15-30 hours per week have produced in excess of the six-figures per year.

Multiple Commission Streams …

Through our PerformPay Commission Transaction Engine, StaffingForce will calculate, bill, collect and distribute the allocated portion of the placement fee to the team members involved in a full-time, consulting, contract and/or temporary placement.

Associates earn:

The Opportunity ...

Herman Trend Alert: Global War for Talent …

Employers worldwide are stressed. They’re challenged to find, engage, and retain the skilled workers they need to manufacture their products and serve their customers. Some companies have had mission-critical jobs open for more than a year. One hospital has been looking for a physician for three years. Consultant Ira Wolfe’s “Perfect Labor Storm” is here.

What’s behind this “storm” is a combination of years of low birthrates in the developed countries with unprecedented global prosperity and shortages of trained workers. Complicating this difficult situation is the competency deficit and a lack of leadership. When the schools are not adequately preparing young people for work or college and employers haven’t been training their next generation of workers, it is a set-up for disaster.

In some countries, notably Mexico and China, the productivity simply isn’t there. According to fellow futurist Edward Gordon, “the productivity of China’s workers is only 14 percent of their United States counterparts.” When Joyce spoke at the first Human Capital Conference in Japan, back in 2000, the VP HR for Intel Asia complained that his productivity was one-third that of their US operations.

And the wages in both India and China are growing exponentially. According to a study by the World Bank, titled “Global Economic Prospects 2007”, real wages in China appreciated a whopping 110 percent between 1989 and 2004.
Advancing technologies address some of these deficits, but they only increase the demand for more highly skilled workers---in short supply. Offshore, though we find the schools in India, Germany, and elsewhere doing better at job-preparation, the training is insufficient to meet the increasing demand. Going forward, retaining and engaging top talent (being an Employer of Choice) will be the global strategic competitive advantage.

Unplugged …

Over the last couple of months I have shared a lot about the up coming launch of our business, statistics of the industry etc. etc..

Here is a bit more about myself. I have been living in California since 1984 and been working in the staffing industry ever since. I have been married since 1990. Tina and I have two boys Jordan Montgomery (born in 1995) and Justin Alexander (born in 1996).

Prior to moving to California I lived for two years in the Virginia area (right outside of Washington DC) where I worked for American Greetings. I was hired in Cleveland and transferred to DC in 1982, right after I graduated from good old Cleveland State U.

Collaboration At Core …

StaffingForce exists to facilitate collaborative, brokered job placements among a dynamic constituency comprised of active and passive job seekers, employers, and a community of Associates. When first entering the system, employers and job seekers will fill out a job-listing or résumé summaries and each will get representation from an Associate. The Associate initiates contact to determine how best to help the individual. Associates for the separate parties in a potential job-placement event discuss their clients' needs and then bring the parties together when a viable match has been discovered. Until this point, all contact between potential employers and candidates has been facilitated only by the Associates.

Once interviewing is under way, all feedback and record keeping will be facilitated via Web-based forms and these forms will be filled out by each party at each step in the placement process. These forms are then merged into easily accessible documents. The
StaffingForce Platform and PerformPay Commission Engine™ tracks all processes and calculate all payments, notifying participants of progress, outcomes and distributes commissions monthly on global bases.
