About Me

Newport Beach, California, United States
I have extensive senior level leadership experience in the recruiting, career management, and staffing industry and have been instrumental in building three successful staffing businesses. I have been responsible for the development of business strategy, ensuring organizational effectiveness, corporate leadership, driving change, accounting, information technology, marketing and raising venture capital. I’d like to connect and network with a vast array of professions that are interested in building the world’s first recruiting, career management and staffing (US Staffing Industry ~140 billion revenues) community that is owned by its participants. The pay-for-performance platform pays each participant in the collaborative value network commission in direct proportion to their performance and the performance of others. Staffing Employment in Detail …

The umbrella employment services category (NAICS 561300, which combines temporary help, professional employer organizations and employment placement agencies) dropped by 27,000 employees, or 0.7%, in April from March, seasonally adjusted. The workforce stood at 3.6 million down 42,700 from April 2006.The number of workers in employment placement agencies (NAICS 561310, not seasonally adjusted) rose by 5,600 (or 1.9%) in March from February and was 21,100 or 7.4% higher than March 2006. Employment at temporary help services (NAICS 561320) dropped 6,200 in April from the previous month to 2.6 million. Since April 2007, temporary help services had slipped by 10,000 (or 0.4%).

Payrolls at professional employer organizations (NAICS 561330) rose by 12,400 or 1.8%, in March from February (not seasonally adjusted) to 688,600, but the category has lost 23,400 workers (or 3.3%) since March 2006. In the human resources consulting service category, which includes executive search services (NAICS 541612), employment rose by 2,600 in March from February to 114,600 (not seasonally adjusted). Employment in this sector is up 2.0% since March 2006.

Keep in mind those workers in employment placement agencies (NAICS 561310) will be ideal Associates, since they will be able to earn so much more that they do for their current employer and have the freedom of working for themselves - but NOT BY THEMSELVES.

Who do you know in this industry that may be interested in our business model once we launch??? Make a list!
