Gen Y? …

Generation Y, those born between 1977 and 1995 are 79.5 million strong. They are very entrepreneurial, team oriented; technologically very sound and will be the highest performing workforce in the history of the world.

They will make great associates because they are very connected to their families, friends, their communities, co-workers and are looking for opportunities other than the status qua.
